Working Principle

The machine operates via free-fall impact testing, where a weighted pendulum strikes a battery at a predefined height. Test Principle

1. Setup: Fully charged batteries are secured on a platform with a central steel rod (φ15.8mm).
2. Impact Execution: The pendulum is released from a set height, simulating accidental drops or collisions.
3. Post-Test Analysis: Batteries are assessed for leaks, fires, or explosions. Voltage and impedance are measured to ensure functional integrity.
